To promote quality of an inmate's diet, each inmate could receive the board wage (NTD 1,800 per month) and other subsistence allowances such as meal allowance from work, canteen's surplus and interests based on funds held in custody. Furthermore, the diet promotion group was founded to monitor quality and sanitation of meals supplied to inmates. We also provide hot/cold shower water & potable water into wards via sanitary for the prisoner, to increase a better quality of life.

The facilities installed in each ward to provide inmates comfortable living environment and keep their rights comprise bunk beds, shower nozzles & adjustable hot/cold water, potable water pipe, mobile space-efficient desks & chairs, desk lamps, alarm indicators, and nursery for inmates with children.
