Integrate moralization & counseling activities held by those public welfare organizations, religious figures and the Taiwan After-Care Association to enhance assessment of an inmate’s morality and behavior; exercise social resources to train voluntaries for individual or group-based counseling; make use of various methods such as religious doctrine, legal education, life education, recreational activity, family-visit meeting and reading club to unobtrusively and imperceptibly move inmates and foster their positive viewpoints; make inmates experience or cherish lives and appreciate or feedback parents’ loving-kindness, and drive them to correct evil doings and revert to good deeds by means of forces of familial affection via family-visit meetings and recreational activities held in annual festivals.
