As the proverb goes, 'homesickness intensifies during festive seasons.' Inmates who are incarcerated are unable to reunite with their families, feeling an especially strong longing for their loved ones back home on the eve of the Spring Festival. Out of humanitarian considerations, institution has specially co-organized the Spring Festival Telephone Visitation Activity with telecommunications companies to soothe the inmates' homesickness. It is our hope that they will turn over a new leaf and return home for a family reunion at an early date.
