"Healthcare is better than prevention; prevention is better than cure". The health examination is available to any inmate newly transferred to the Taipei Women's Detention Center; any inmate suffering from serious sickness, infectious illness or acute disease shall be sent to a hospital for detailed check and diagnosis in order to protect her health. To keep the environmental sanitation, the public areas such as workshop, ward and toilet or any covered position are cleaned by specific cleaners and disinfected regularly and completely.
