In view of the enthusiastic participation of correctional institutions nationwide Taiwan Lantern Festival lantern contests, fruitful, access to community recognition, effectively enhance the positive image of correctional institutions, to show the inmates carefully study and production results, hoping to concrete actions to participate in local celebrations, let correctional institutions for the public to understand the indoctrination efforts and achievements so that inmates can get affirmation and encouragement.
